Quasar 6000

QUASAR 6000 is an upgraded version of QUASAR 4500, created for small and medium-sized high-frequency metal and heating welding machines.  Control the high frequency generator through precise algorithms and continuously produce stable high-frequency, quickly achieving constant heating inside and outside the product. Irregular heating has no impact on the product quality. The output power can reach 3KW, which makes the product heat up faster and further improves the production efficiency. According to the customer’s production needs, infrared temperature control equipment (600 ° C – 900 ° C) can be configured, and the accuracy of the temperature control can reach 0.5 ° C to ensure product quality. It has a digital display, which makes it convenient and simple to use. The high-frequency output head can be accommodated with three-axis linear adjustment through the fine adjustment bracket, which can effectively and accurately move to the required position to achieve high-precision positioning.
